The Business of Brexit

How refreshing that the majority of FTSE 100 chiefs have refused to sign the letter organized by David Cameron’s office endorsing his EU deal and warning that a Brexit from the EU would put the ‘economy at risk.’ As Cameron had been hoping that more than 80 FTSE bosses would back his Remain campaign, he will have been disappointed that just over a third of them have done so. Those in favour of staying in are indeed big cheeses – the bosses of Marks & Spencer, Asda, Kingfisher and Vodafone for example -have signed up.
