Care in the media community

ICG ensure Bluebird Care’s reputation and processes were strong enough to support the firm’s rapid growth.

We created a comprehensive media and communications strategy aimed at protecting and enhancing the reputation of Bluebird Care amongst customers, staff and influencers.  Against a background of rapid growth as a company, Bluebird Care required strong communications procedures to be put in place to support the expanding company, and create robust procedures to mitigate risks to the business.

Since working with ICG, Bluebird Care has put in place a new communications strategy, gained positive coverage in national and regional media, and engaged positively with stakeholders, staff and customers. Bluebird Care’s reputation has been protected and the impact of negative situations in the media has been minimised using robust crisis procedures and handling.
