She has an excellent understanding of the issues facing the life sciences industry having provided strategic counsel to clients on a range of therapy areas and issues, including oncology, pain, respiratory and nutrition. She has campaigned against super strength alcohol with the charity Thames Reach.
Prior to this Helen ran the Spotlight on Secondary Breast Cancer campaign at Breast Cancer Care, leading a successful initiative to ensure data collection for metastatic breast cancer patients. She also took a lead role in lobbying on the Health and Social Care Act for the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
Helen began her career in Parliament working as a researcher for a Liberal Democrat MP. She has worked for the Party in a number of roles, including campaigning and PR, and was a local councillor from 2007 to 2010.
