James is a specialist in transport and infrastructure, public health and foreign affairs policy.

His clients include Camden Town Unlimited, Alstom, Pfizer, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. James also manages the secretariat for the All-Party Parliamentary Thrombosis Group and the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Atrial Fibrillation.

James started his career in the Washington office of Representative Rush Holt during the politically contentious US healthcare reform process, and later campaigned on Representative Holt’s successful re-election campaign in 2010. Following this, he worked in Westminster for George Freeman MP, helping the now Minister for Life Sciences build his regional and national profile.

James is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington DC, where he studied modern Middle Eastern and medieval to early modern British history. He is the Treasurer of the CIPR International Group.
