She is the friendly voice clients speak to when calling the office and her organisation skills keep the ICG team running smoothly. Having a customer services background, she is proactive and organised and is always willing to help and provide support to clients and colleagues.
Her responsibilities encompass the day-to-day operation and management of the office. This includes financial management, staff management and event management.
Prior to joining ICG, Pav worked in accountancy where she dealt with sole traders through to limited companies. Pav has more than three years’ professional experience in accountancy with an emphasis on book-keeping, VAT, small accounting jobs, limited companies, audits, and payroll.
